Java™ Development Suite for IBM^® Content Manager for Multiplatforms-Applications

Java™ Development Suite jadice ds is a toolkit which enables the development of individual Java applications for the IBM^® Content Manager for Multiplatforms. Both the Content Manager versions 6 and 7 and the Version 8.x are supported by an identical API.

Due to a CORBA implementation there is no necessity to hold out Content Manager APIs on all clients - only the CORBA server serving the clients needs the respective API. Thus the clients in fact turn completely platform independent, since a pure Java-API is provided there.

Depending on the provided end architecture jadice ds may be used on the most different computer systems- no matter if it is a mainframe, middle class or simple PC.
